One of the questions I’m sometimes asked is whether clients can receive all of the photos from their session…the truth is, I don’t deliver bulk galleries and there’s a very good reason for that.
During every session, I capture hundreds of frames… tiny variations in expression, movement or light. Many of these photos look almost identical and part of my job as a professional is to carefully curate the very best moments for you. Delivering everything including the test shots, duplicates or blinks, wouldn’t add any real value! It would only dilute the quality of your gallery.
I take great care in selecting around 20 or so final portraits (depending on your session type). Each one is chosen intentionally - based on emotion, composition, lighting and connection. From there, I hand edit every photograph individually to ensure consistency, depth and a fine-art finish that reflects my signature style.
My philosophy has always been quality over quantity. I don’t believe in giving 50 versions of the same pose when only one truly captures the moment perfectly. Every final portrait in your gallery is there because it’s meant to be, not just because it was taken.
This approach ensures that your finished gallery feels cohesive, refined and beautifully balanced… a true reflection of your session and my professional standard.
